Please fill out an adoption application if you’re interested in meeting with or adopting our cats and kittens. To view available pets, please visit our Pet Finder.
Once you’ve completed your application, our team of volunteers would be happy to introduce you to our adoptable residents at the Mantua PetSmart. If you’re interested in a cat or kitten that is currently in foster, our adoption coordinator will connect you with the foster family to schedule a visit. Our adoption center in the Mantua PetSmart hours are:
Monday-Friday | 6pm – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday | 11am – 4pm
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review your application.

Adoption Guidelines
Before meeting one of our adoptable residents, you’ll need to complete an adoption application.
You must be 18 years or older to adopt.
All animals in your home must be spayed or neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. We will contact your vet for proof of care.
All members of your household must meet and interact with the cat or kitten before your adoption is finalized.
If you rent, we will need confirmation from your landlord that they permit you to have pets.
